after I add 5 harddisks (my computer have 6, 1 for the system) the windows become corrupt and not able to start properly, someone get this problem? Ive tried to install the system with all the disks plugged, but in second HD appears a unit with 100MB (that probbaly is boot parttition) and the problem appears again when I add a USB Harddrive. 3 of my HD are SATA and 3 of them internal USB and 4 DVD recorders.

I would advice you to re-check boot order in the system bios, and if it is correct, boot the win7 dvd and run the repair wizard. Select your system, and the wizard should be able to get the boot sector fixed.
